释义	法律分析：家庭暴力的界定是指家庭成员间实施殴打、捆绑、残害、限制人身自由以及经常性谩骂、恐吓等造成的身体及精神伤害。对于实施家庭暴力的，受害人可以向公安机关求助或者向人民法院申请人身保护令。对于给受害人造成严重损害的，可以追究刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国反家庭暴力法》第二条本法所称的家庭暴力，是指家庭成员之间以殴打、捆绑、残害、限制人身自由以及经常谩骂、恐吓等方式实施的身体、精神等侵害行为。
