员工离职当月节假日没有算工资合法吗
释义
不合法。根据相关法律规定,劳动者是有休息休假权利的,而法定节假日期间是需要正常发放工资的,离职当月的节假日也应该计算工资的,所以离职当月节假日不计算工资是不合法的。
