问题	子女多大不用父母抚养
释义	一般来讲，子女年满18周岁以后就不用父母抚养。十六周岁以上不满十八周岁，以其劳动收入为主要生活来源，并能维持当地一般生活水平的，父母可以停止给付抚养费。但是如果成年子女不能独立生活的，父母应当给付抚养费。尚在校接受高中及其以下学历教育，或者丧失、部分丧失劳动能力等非因主观原因而无法维持正常生活的成年子女，可以认定为“不能独立生活的成年子女”。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零六十七条，父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。
