释义	1、起诉，即向有管辖权的法院立案庭递交诉状。2、立案审查，符合立案条件，通知当事人7日内交诉讼费，交费后予以立案；不符合立案条件，裁定不予受理。3、排期开庭。4、开庭审理。5、宣判。根据《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百二十六条，人民法院应当保障当事人依照法律规定享有的起诉权利。对符合本法第一百二十二条的起诉，必须受理。符合起诉条件的，应当在七日内立案，并通知当事人；不符合起诉条件的，应当在七日内作出裁定书，不予受理；原告对裁定不服的，可以提起上诉。
