释义	法律分析：犯罪中止是故意犯罪的未完成形态，是指行为人已经开始实施犯罪而又中止的犯罪形态。犯罪中止有两种情形：一是在犯罪预备阶段或在实行行为还没有实行终了的情况下，自动放弃犯罪；二是在实行行为实行终了的情况下，自动有效的防止犯罪结果的发生。简而言之，法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二十四条在犯罪过程中，自动放弃犯罪或者自动有效地防止犯罪结果发生的，是犯罪中止。对于中止犯，没有造成损害的，应当免除处罚；造成损害的，应当减轻处罚。
