购买过失业保险的人，在解除与单位签订的劳动合同之后就可以到劳动局领取自己的失业金，但是前提是必须由单位为劳动者提供解除劳动合同证明以证明自己的满足领取失业金的条件。那么，失业金解除劳动合同证明该怎么写呢?
一、失业金解除劳动合同证明书范本
兹有本单位职工____________，性别_____，年龄_____，住址_________________________。劳动合同期限为__________年_____月_____日至__________年_____月_____日(或无固定期限、以完成一定的工作为期限)因__________________________________________________，根据《劳动法》第_____条第_____款第_____项规定，本单位解除该职工的劳动合同。特此证明。

二、根据《失业保险条例》第十四条的规定，享受失业保险的对象须具备三个条件：
1、按照规定参加失业保险，所在单位和本人已按照规定履行缴费义务满1年的;
2、非因本人意愿中断就业的;
3、已办理失业登记，并有求职要求的。
所以单位辞退员工的，最好是在解除劳动合同上证明书上写明由单位提出、双方协商一致解除劳动合同，即体现系非因本人意愿解除合同即可。
《失业保险条例》
第十四条
具备下列条件的失业人员，可以领取失业保险金：
(一)按照规定参加失业保险，所在单位和本人已按照规定履行缴费义务满1年的;
(二)非因本人意愿中断就业的;
(三)已办理失业登记，并有求职要求的。
失业人员在领取失业保险金期间，按照规定同时享受其他失业保险待遇。
