释义	新手单独上高速将处罚200元根据“123号令”第六十四条第一款规定，机动车驾驶人初次申请机动车驾驶证和增加准驾车型后的12个月为实习期(即驾驶证正本“初次领证日期”之日起的12个月内)实习期被延长的，“初次领证日期”之日起的24个月为实习期。“123号令”第六十五条第二款规定：驾驶人在实习期内驾驶机动车上高速公路行驶，应当由持相应或者更高准驾车型驾驶证三年以上的驾驶人陪同。陪同的驾驶人应乘坐在副驾驶位置，对实习驾驶人进行指导。无驾驶员陪同或陪同驾驶员不符合要求的，将被处200元罚款。
