法院监察室是干什么的
释义
法院监察为了加强法院系统的政纪监督，维护和严肃政纪，保证法院及其工作人员清正廉洁、严肃执法，保障国家审判权得到正确行使和法院其他工作的完成。各级人民法院的监察部门，是人民法院行使监察职能、管理监察工作的专门机构，负责对法院及其工作人员进行监察。地方各级人民法院监察部门实行双重领导体制，在本法院院长和上级法院监察部门的领导下进行工作，监察业务以上级法院监察部门领导为主。
