一、离婚后户口怎么办
一是分户，二是可以回迁户口。
关于离婚后户口分立迁转。
(一)离婚当事人可持原户口簿和法院的判决书或调解书到当地公安派出所办理分户或迁转手续，当地公安派出所应依据法院的判决或调解书，按照分户、立户的规定予以办理;
(二)如一方当事人不愿交出原户口簿，经公安派出所动员说服无效的，可按判决或调解书办理分户或迁转手续，并在户口登记簿上注明分户日期和原因。
二、离婚后户口回迁应依以下程序
首先，要取得当地集体经济组织同意迁入的证明。因为在娘家落户就要在娘家参与土地等自然资源以及其他利益的分配，要分享原有集体经济组织成员的权益，因此必须先取得当地村民委员会或村民小组的同意方可迁入户口。其次，要到现在户籍所在地户口登记机关开具迁出证明。
我国《户口登记条例》第10条第1款规定：“公民迁出本户口管辖区，由本人或者户主在迁出前向户口登记机关申报迁出登记，领取迁移证件，注销户口。”因此，在取得迁入地集体经济组织准许迁入的证明后，应到现在户籍所在地的县级公安户口登记机关开具迁出证明。最后，应持相关材料到张某娘家所在地的公安机关办理迁入手续。
《户口登记条例》第13条第1款规定：“公民迁移，从到达迁入地的时候起，城市在3日以内，农村在10日以内，由本人或者户主持迁移证件向户口登记机关申报迁入登记，缴销迁移证件。
