释义	夫妻复婚后原离婚协议的效力依然有效，离婚协议在双方离婚办理离婚登记后就依法生效，双方复婚与否不会影响到原离婚协议的法律效力。不过原离婚协议书中涉及到的子女抚养的问题会因为双方再次成为夫妻关系而失效。法律依据: 《民法典》第一千零七十六条夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。第一千零八十条完成离婚登记，或者离婚判决书、调解书生效，即解除婚姻关系。
