期满换证为什么还是6年 -法律知识

法律分析：
因为在换证前的某个记分周期有记满十二分的行为，只有在记分周期内没有记满十二分的行为第二次换证才会发放十年有效期的驾驶证。
法律依据：
《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》 第五十六条 机动车驾驶人在机动车驾驶证的六年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满十二分的，换发十年有效期的机动车驾驶证；在机动车驾驶证的十年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满十二分的，换发长期有效的机动车驾驶证。
