释义	法律分析：因被隔离疫情不上班也是有工资的，而且还应该要按照正常的标准来进行发放；但如果员工一旦被确诊的话，那么工资就会按病假的规定来进行发放，一般不能低于最低工资标准的百分之八十。法律依据：《传染病防治法》第四十一条第二款在隔离期间，实施隔离措施的人民政府应当对被隔离人员提供生活保障;被隔离人员有工作单位的，所在单位不得停止支付其隔离期间的工作报酬，且工资待遇应当由其所属企业按照正常工作期间的工资支付。
