释义	法律分析：合同争议是可以申请仲裁的，只不过要在之前的合同中有仲裁条款或者是有专门的仲裁协议。在合同纠纷发生后，争议的任何一方均可按照双方在争议发生前或发生后订立的仲裁协议，依法向选定的仲裁委员会申请仲裁。法律依据：《中华人民共和国仲裁法》第四条当事人采用仲裁方式解决纠纷，应当双方自愿，达成仲裁协议。没有仲裁协议，一方申请仲裁的，仲裁委员会不予受理。
