公证遗嘱要求受益人到场么？

律师解答：
公证遗嘱不需要受益人一定要到场，但是遗嘱人本人必须到场。遗嘱公证的，立嘱人需要带上已经写好的遗嘱到遗嘱人住所地或者遗嘱行为发生地公证处申请公证，遗嘱人亲自到公证处有困难的，可以书面或者口头形式请求有管辖权的公证处指派公证人员到其住所或者临时处所办理。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千一百三十九条 公证遗嘱由遗嘱人经公证机构办理。
