释义	根据我国民法典的有关规定，立公证遗嘱后，遗嘱人可以通过实施与公证遗嘱内容相反的民事法律行为的，撤销公证遗嘱；或者，立公证遗嘱后，继续设立了与公证遗嘱内容相抵触的遗嘱，以最后的遗嘱为准，以此撤销公证遗嘱。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十二条
