释义	法律分析：买卖时做阴阳合同本身就是一种不合法的行为，当然，也算是严重的违约行为。因为买卖合同里不是真实意思表示，存在一定的法律风险，包括合同不成立，合同无效等，都有可能给对方带来经济损失。由于价格、付款方式约定不清楚或者没法确定为真实意思，那就可能导致部分条款(特别是价格条款)不具有约束力，进而导致违约。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
