释义	买的地皮不是永久的，只是针对购买的使用用途不一样年限也就不一样。土地使用权出让最高年限按下列用途确定：1.住宅用地70年；2.工业用地50年；3.教育、科技、文化、卫生、体育用地年限为50年；4.商业、旅游、娱乐用地40年；5.仓储用地50年；6.综合或者其他用地50年。法律依据：《城镇国有土地使用权出让和转让暂行条例》第五条土地使用者开发、利用、经营土地的活动，应当遵守国家法律、法规的规定，并不得损害社会公共利益。
