释义	法律分析：日历天就是日历上的日期,每一个算一天,意思就是一周按7天算.而与之相对应的是工作日,就是在计算时把一周时间算成5天。工作日一般是指除去法定的节假日的时间,日历天是不除去的自然天数,一般签订合同工期都是以日历天计算的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百九十条当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自当事人均签名、盖章或者按指印时合同成立。在签名、盖章或者按指印之前，当事人一方已经履行主要义务，对方接受时，该合同成立。
