释义	意外伤害是身体遭受伤害的客观事件，导致中暑的原因虽然是体内的热量过度积蓄，但事故发生的过程不可预见，且热量积蓄所导致的后果也符合外来的、突发的、非本意的和非疾病的特点，并非人自身疾病因素导致。如果保险公司在保险合同中并未将“中暑死亡”排除在意外伤害之外，也未对意外伤害免责的具体情形作出明确说明。在这种情况下，应当认定为中暑死亡是意外身故，保险公司应当承担赔偿责任。法律依据《中华人民共和国保险法》第十二条规定：
