释义	法律分析：公司三个月没有发工资，可以向劳动保障行政部门投诉，请求干预并查处，或者直接向劳动争议仲裁委员会提出仲裁申请，请求裁决立即支付拖欠的工资。三个月不发工资是违法的，工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十条用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。用人单位拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬的，劳动者可以依法向当地人民法院申请支付令，人民法院应当依法发出支付令。
