释义	法律分析：选择之债的意思是当出售的商品质量不合格时，买受人与出卖人之间就发生选择之债，或修理、或更换、或退货，当事人须从中选择一种履行。债权人或债务人行使选择权时应以意思表示向对方为之，选择的效力，因意思表示到达于相对人时发生效力，无须相对人的承诺。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百八十一条当事人一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，根据债务的性质不得强制履行的，对方可以请求其负担由第三人替代履行的费用。
