已经履行的劳动合同还可以变更。在合同尚未履行或者尚未履行完毕之前，经用人单位和劳动者双方当事人协商同意，对劳动合同内容作部分修改、补充或者删减，是用人单位与劳动者的一种双方合意行为，变更劳动合同的应当采取书面形式。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十五条 用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
