释义	法律分析：不需要，出纳不需要担保人，按照劳动法的规定，用人单位不得要求出纳担保人或者以其他名义向劳动者收取财务。从广义上讲，只要是票据、货币资金和有价证券的收付、保管、核算，就都属于出纳。法律依据：《中华人民共和国会计法》第三十七条会计机构内部应当建立稽核制度。出纳人员不得兼任稽核、会计档案保管和收入、支出、费用、债权债务账目的登记工作。不容岗位相分离，也是内控制度的基本要求。
