释义	法律分析：上诉期限不能延长，只能申请顺延我国民事诉讼法规定，当事人因不可抗拒的事由，如地震、火灾、雨雪天气致使交通中断等，或者是因其他正当理由，如无法防止的和不能避免的事由，耽误了上诉期限，在这些耽误期限的因素消除后10天内，可以申请顺延期限。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十三条当事人因不可抗拒的事由或者其他正当理由耽误期限的，在障碍消除后的十日内，可以申请顺延期限，是否准许，由人民法院决定。
