释义	不交原件并不是违法行为。虽然在因合同纠纷到法院起诉时，原则上应当是要向法院提交原件的。但若提交原件有困难的也可以暂时不向法院提交证据原件，只要提供复印件给法院即可。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十条书证应当提交原件。物证应当提交原物。提交原件或者原物确有困难的，可以提交复制品、照片、副本、节录本。提交外文书证，必须附有中文译本。
