释义	可以探视探视在押犯人时，需要犯人所在的监狱提出申请。但如果在法院判决生效之前，亲属无权会见其本人，判决生效前只有律师才能会见。《看守所条例》第28条，人犯在羁押期间，经办案机关同意，并经公安机关批准，可以与近亲属通信、会见。《刑事诉讼法》第39条第1款，辩护律师可以同在押的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人会见和通信。其他辩护人经人民法院、人民检察院许可，也可以同在押的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人会见和通信。
