释义	违抗命令，遗弃武器装备的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；遗弃重要或者大量武器装备的，或者有其他严重情节的，处五年以上有期徒刑。加重处罚事由。犯遗弃武器装备罪而遗弃重要或者大量武器装备的或者有其他严重情节的，是本罪的加重处罚事由。这里的重要武器装备，是指部队的主要武器装备和其他在作战中急需或者必不可少的武器装备。这里的其他严重情节，是指指挥人员带头遗弃的；煽动他人遗弃的；战时遗弃的；严重影响部队完成任务的；造成严重后果的等。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百四十条
