领取身份证必须本人去吗？
释义
身份证不是必须本人领取。申请人凭居民身份证领取凭证到受理点领取证件，如本人无法前往受理点领取，具体代领、邮寄服务要咨询当地派出所。若地区支持快递邮寄服务，请在办理时填写居民身份证邮政特快专递服务委托书。若地区支持代领，具体情况请注意各地代领须知。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国居民身份证法》 第二条 居住在中华人民共和国境内的年满十六周岁的中国居民，应当依照本法的规定申请领取居民身份证；未满十六周岁的中国居民，可以依照本法的规定申请领取居民身份证。
