释义	租客在与房东签订了租赁合同的，后因租客原因不想租赁房东房屋的，应与房东协商解除租房合同，请求房东退还已付房租及押金等费用，租客应按照租赁合同约定向房东支付相应违约金。如与房东协商不成，可向租赁房屋所在地法院提起诉诉，请求解除租赁合同并要求房东退还已付房租及押金等费用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
