释义	法律分析：只要订立自书遗嘱是立遗嘱人真实的意思表示，遗嘱的内容处分的是立遗嘱人合法的个人财产，则在没有见证人的情况下书写的自书遗嘱仍然有效。不符合上述情况的，该自书遗嘱无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十三条自然人可以依照本法规定立遗嘱处分个人财产，并可以指定遗嘱执行人。自然人可以立遗嘱将个人财产指定由法定继承人中的一人或者数人继承。自然人可以立遗嘱将个人财产赠与国家、集体或者法定继承人以外的组织、个人。自然人可以依法设立遗嘱信托。
