释义	法律分析：保管合同是债权合同。债权合同是指平等主体的自然人、法人、其他组织之间设立、变更、终止债权债务关系的协议。与债权合同相对应的概念还有物权合同、知识产权合同等。从法律上讲，债的产生有四种原因：合同关系、无因管理、不当得利、侵权行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百八十八条保管合同是保管人保管寄存人交付的保管物，并返还该物的合同。寄存人到保管人处从事购物、就餐、住宿等活动，将物品存放在指定场所的，视为保管，但是当事人另有约定或者另有交易习惯的除外。
