释义	法律分析: 房产过户阴阳合同违法。阴阳合同是指合同当事人就同一事项订立两份以上的内容不相同的合同，一份对内，一份对外，其中对外的一份不属于双方真实意思表示，而以逃避国家税收等为目的，应当认定为无效。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
