释义	法律分析：公司无正当理由延迟发工资，未经劳动者同意的，属于违法行为。由于生产经营困难，用人单位资金周转受到影响。经本单位工会同意，劳动者工资可以暂时延期支付。延期时间的最长限制可由省、自治区、直辖市劳动行政部门根据当地情况确定。延期支付工资的时间应当告知全体劳动者，并报主管部门备案无主管部门报市、区、县劳动保障行政部门备案。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
