释义	三方协议没一般有效期限是三年。协议在毕业生到单位报到(凭《全国普通高等学校本专科毕业生就业报到证》或《全国毕业生研究生报到证》)、用人单位正式接收后自行终止。通俗的说就是用人单位与毕业生签订正式劳动合同，三方协议即自动终止。三方就业协议书不同于劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第16条明确规定：劳动合同是劳动者与用人单位确立劳动关系、明确双方权利和义务的协议。建立劳动关系就应当订立《劳动合同》。
