释义	法律分析：交纳定金后是可以退还的。一般情况有两种退还的可能，第一，收取定金一方违约，需要双倍返还定金，第二，双方协商解除合同，由收取定金一方返还收取的定金。但交定金不履行协议的不可以退还定金还要返还双倍的定金钱。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百八十七条债务人履行债务的，定金应当抵作价款或者收回。给付定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，无权请求返还定金；收受定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，应当双倍返还定金。
