问题	租房合同到期租户不搬走怎么办？
释义	法律分析： (一)承租人通知出租人的近亲属、单位或签证部门按到期日搬迁的，作原租约未延续不再交租金处理。(二)承租人通知出租人回来之前或向承租人明确表态前，按续租处理，可按原租约补交租金，也可按月将租金交由上述人代收立据转交出租人，自得知出租人不续租的意思表示之日起，始作不续租处理。法律依据：《城市私有房屋管理规定》第二十条租赁合同终止时，承租人应当将房屋退还出租人。如承租人到期无法找到房屋，出租人应当酌情延长租赁期限。如果延长了租赁期限，租户应当支付搬出前对该房屋的逾期使用费。
