注销公司后之前的事还需要承担法律责任吗
释义
法律分析：公司注销了一般也没有法律责任了。公司注销，其民事主体资格即消灭，正常情况下，本不存在也无法追究其民事责任。但如果存在其他当事人如股东、董事、监事、经理等应对该公司债务承担责任的情形，则可以以其他当事人为被告，直接对其追究相应的民事责任。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》 第一百八十八条 公司清算结束后，清算组应当制作清算报告，报股东会、股东大会或者人民法院确认，并报送公司登记机关，申请注销公司登记，公告公司终止。
