释义	赃款用于还债能追回。犯罪分子以诈骗手段非法骗取赃款，即使用以抵债归还了债权人的，也应依法予以追缴。赃款赃物的追缴并不限于犯罪本人，对犯罪分子转移、隐匿、抵债的，均应顺着赃款赃物的流向，一追到底，即使是享有债权的人善意取得赃款，也应追缴。《刑法》第六十四条【犯罪物品的处理】犯罪分子违法所得的一切财物，应当予以追缴或者责令退赔；对被害人的合法财产，应当及时返还；违禁品和供犯罪所用的本人财物，应当予以没收。没收的财物和罚金，一律上缴国库，不得挪用和自行处理。
