释义	工资应当由计时工资，计件工资，奖金，补贴，加班工资，特殊情况工资组成，合同中规定的工资标准，不能低于当地政府规定的最低标准，如果合同签订的工资标准低于政府规定标准，那么合同是无效的。《劳动合同法》第五十五条规定，集体合同中劳动报酬和劳动条件等标准不得低于当地人民政府规定的最低标准，用人单位与劳动者订立的劳动合同中，劳动报酬和劳动条件等不得低于集体合同规定的标准。
