释义	法律分析：不包含。小区后期要对消防设施进行整改或者进行维修，可以另外收费。而所有的费用可以由所有的业主分摊，但是物业费里面是不包含这笔费用的。法律依据：《物业管理条例》第五十七条违反本条例的规定，建设单位擅自处分属于业主的物业共用部位、共用设施设备的所有权或者使用权的，由县级以上地方人民政府房地产行政主管部门处5万元以上20万元以下的罚款业主造成损失的，依法承担赔偿责任。
