释义	具备下列条件的人员有资格进行遗嘱见证：1、具有完全民事行为能力；2、具备理解遗嘱的内容、看懂遗嘱中的文字的能力；3、与遗产没有利害关系，不能是继承人、受遗赠人，也不能是与继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系的人。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十条下列人员不能作为遗嘱见证人：（一）无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人以及其他不具有见证能力的人；（二）继承人、受遗赠人；（三）与继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系的人。
