释义	法律分析：合伙倒卖车船票罪既遂会受到三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处罚金的处罚。单位犯本罪的，对单位判处罚金，对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依本条之规定追究刑事责任。本罪属情节犯，高价、变相加价倒卖车票或者倒卖坐席、卧铺签字号等，票面数额在五干元以上，或非法获利二千元以上的，构成本罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百二十七条第二款倒卖车票、船票，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处票证价额一倍以上五倍以下罚金。
