释义	法律分析：法院对合伙倒卖车船票罪既遂的处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处罚金。单位犯本罪的，对单位判处罚金，对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依自然人犯罪的规定追究刑事责任。本罪属情节犯，倒卖车票、船票的行为达到票票面数额在五干元以上，或者非法获利数额在二千元以上的，才构成犯罪。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百二十七条倒卖车票、船票，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处票证价额一倍以上五倍以下罚金。
