释义	1、旅客受伤治疗后，身体部分机能丧失，应按照功能丧失程度给予部分赔偿金、保险金，最高不超过有关法律规定的赔偿限额。旅客死亡的，按照最高限额赔付。2、对旅客自带行李因灭失、缺少、变质、污染、损坏导致其实际价值的损失，按照其实际价值赔偿;对变质、污染、损坏降低原有价值的货物、包裹、行李，按照其受损前后实际价值的差额或者加工、修复费用赔偿。损失程度在赔偿限额之内的，按上述的实际损失赔偿，如果损失超过赔偿限额的，按限额赔偿。
