释义	离婚后继父母是否承担继子女抚养费由继父母自己决定。依据我国相关法律的规定，生父与继母离婚或者生母与继父离婚时，对曾受其抚养教育的继子女，继父或者继母不同意继续抚养的，仍应由生父或者生母抚养。也就是说，继父母可以承担抚养费，也可以不承担抚养费，如果不愿意承担的，仍应由生父母抚养。法律依据最高人民法院关于适用《中华人民共和国民法典》婚姻家庭编的解释(一)第五十四条
