依据我国 公司法 等相关法律的规定，公司实际 经营范围 与 营业执照 范围不一致的，公司应该及时变更营业执照经营范围，不然会存在无证经营或者 非法经营 等的风险。

根据《公司法》第12条规定：公司的经营范围由 公司章程 规定，并依法登记。公司可以修改公司章程，改变经营范围，但是应当办理变更登记。
