释义	法律分析：有效期30日。驾驶证降级的，机动车驾驶人在30日内办理降级手续。在规定时间未办理降级换证业务的，车管所应当公告注销的准驾车型，驾驶资格证作废。领取的驾驶证有效期都是一样的。不过, 驾驶证不需要年检,但是到有效期时需要换证。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第五十六条机动车驾驶人在机动车驾驶证的六年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满12分的，换发十年有效期的机动车驾驶证;在机动车驾驶证的十年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满12分的，换发长期有效的机动车驾驶证。
