释义	法律分析：案底不能消除。所谓案底一般指某人过去犯法或犯罪行为的记录。又称犯罪人员犯罪记录制度。在我国法律中一般指有过刑事犯罪前科的档案记录，而该犯罪档案一般存放至公安部门保存。我国没有规定案底撤销制度。但对于犯罪时不满十八周岁，被判处五年有期徒刑以下刑罚的未成年人的犯罪记录，应当予以封存。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百条依法受过刑事处罚的人，在入伍、就业的时候，应当如实向有关单位报告自己曾受过刑事处罚，不得隐瞒。
