释义	法律分析: 司法鉴定可以作为证据使用。司法鉴定是司法程序中有关技术工作的一项重要内容。应当符合以下要求： 1、对公安机关在办理治安、刑事案件中，当事人要求进行伤情鉴定的，办案单位应及时开具法医伤情鉴定委托书，当事人凭委托书到被委托的法医鉴定机构进行鉴定。 2、公安机关办案单位应告知双方当事人被委托的鉴定机构。法律依据: 《全国人大常委会关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》第一条司法鉴定是指在诉讼活动中鉴定人运用科学技术或者专门知识对诉讼涉及的专门性问题进行鉴别和判断并提供鉴定意见的活动
