1、永久性建筑按照拆除一平方米补偿一平方米住宅以此进行产权转换;
2、(国道)用于商业用途的永久性建筑按照拆1平方米补偿0.7平方米新建筑;
3、(村道)用于商业用途的永久性建筑按照拆1平方米补偿0.65平方米新建;
4、如果上述情况的用于商业用途的永久性建筑按照拆1平方米补偿0.5平方米新建筑;
5、瓦房补偿标准按照拆1平方住宅补偿1.5平方住宅进行产权转换补偿;
6、临时建筑补偿标准楼顶砖墙铁皮顶按每平方300元进行补偿，而楼顶钢架铁皮顶按每平方200元进行补偿。过渡期租金补助标准。
在房子建设过程中人们是需要居住的，而这段时间也是会有补助的，国家还是比较人性化的，而这个补助的标准就是住宅用户的话每月会给予每平方米20元的过度期间租金补助。商业用户的话每月会给予每平方米70元的过渡期租金补助。计补日期从被拆迁房屋交付开发商之日起至回迁安置房交付之日止，在每个季度第一个月的10日进行支付，按季度支付。
法律依据：
《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》 第十七条 作出房屋征收决定的市、县级人民政府对被征收人给予的补偿包括：
(一)被征收房屋价值的补偿;
(二)因征收房屋造成的搬迁、临时安置的补偿;
(三)因征收房屋造成的停产停业损失的补偿。
市、县级人民政府应当制定补助和奖励办法，对被征收人给予补助和奖励。
